Algunos aspectos de la economía del monasterio de Pedralbes a través del manual (1414-1419) y del "capbreu" (1414-1418) de Gabriel de Forest

The objective of this article is to carry out a study about several economic aspects from the monastery of Pedralbes from 1414 to 1419 through out the Manual and Capbreu of the notary Gabriel de Forest. The items developed are the salaries of the workers linked to the monastery, the prices of the food bought by the nuns, and the slaves acquisition, through out the bills which are included in this mentioned notarial documentation.El objetivo de este artículo es realizar un estudio de algunos aspectos económicos del monasterio de Pedralbes a través del Manual y Capbreu del notario Gabriel de Forest desde 1414 hasta 1419. Los aspectos que se han desarrollado son los referentes a los salarios de los trabajadores vinculados al monasterio, los precios de los alimentos comprados por las monjas y la compra de esclavas, todo ello a través de los recibos que se encuentran en dicha documentación notarial
